DESCRIPTION:Intel·ligència artificial: el marc legal a Europa \nLa Direcció General de Relacions Institucionals i de Relacions amb el Parlament en col·laboració amb la Direcció General d’Innovació i Transformació Digital organitza el pròxim dia 2 de desembre a Palma una jornada temàtica i pràctica sobre el nou Reglament (UE) 2024/1689 pel qual s’estableixen les normes harmonitzades en matèria d’Intel·ligència Artificial. \nL’objectiu del Reglament és millorar el funcionament del mercat interior mitjançant l’establiment d’un marc jurídic uniforme\, en particular pel desenvolupament\, la introducció en el mercat\, la posada en servei i la utilització de sistemes d’intel·ligència artificial a la Unió Europea. \nLa jornada es desenvoluparà al voltant d’un debat sobre les novetats normatives del Reglament. En aquest context\, es tractaran aspectes rellevants com: protecció de dades\, propietat intel·lectual\, confidencialitat\, ciberseguretat\, aspectes del dret laboral\, contractació tecnològica\, entre d’altres.
